Forgotten Films – A Beautiful Mind –  Director Ron Howard’s 2001 biographical drama of Nobel Prize-winning mathematician John Nash, starring Russell Crowe, Ed Harris and Jennifer Connelly. A Beautiful Mind won four Academy Awards: Best Picture, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Supporting Actress for Connelly.  Join us at 7:30 on Wednesday in the Malvern Arts “blue room”! 


Friday, January 6th at 7:00 pm

Walk When the Moon is Full: Evening strolls through our neighborhoods and parks to explore the surprises of the various seasons as illuminated by moonlight.  What may be ordinary in the daylight becomes extraordinary by moonlight.  Bundle up for our walk this month under the Full Wolf Moon.

Play Reading: at 7:00 PM – Do you enjoy reading plays? So do we! Plays are chosen and announced ahead of time, so you can familiarize yourselves with the material. This program is for adults and teens, no experience required. Listeners are also welcome – there is no obligation to read. 

This month we will be reading Inherit the Wind by Jerome Lawrence and Robert E. Lee.
