Forgotten Films: The Year of Living Dangerously, starring Mel Gibson, Sigourney Weaver, and Linda Hunt (who won an Academy Award for her performance). Directed by Peter Weir, the film is about a love affair set in Indonesia during the overthrow of President Sukarno.

Lunch with Brian Wilson, by Tom Teti is a short story read by the author (bring your recollections of The Beach Boys), and long-time friend and colleague Paul Meshegian will read from his memoir A Wild Life, Softly Told. Please come with kind, and yet critical, ears.
