This class is for anyone excited about the possibility of a new hobby, and also for those who already paint looking to grow and share your painting skills. We will explore the exciting world of making your own paintings, and how to have fun doing it! We will talk about how to paint from life, still life, and photos. In the course of six 2.5 hour sessions, we will talk about, demonstrate, and try for ourselves: materials, color mixing, composition, and learning to see as an artist.
Tuesdays, October 6 – November 10, 2:00-4:30 PM in the Church’s Fellowship Hall
Please bring to the first class: 1-2 medium drawing pencils, an eraser, and an 8”x10” pad of drawing paper
